How do I get started?
Choose the package that looks closest to what you need, then contact SA Rebuilders by WhatsApp, phone or email. We will confirm the scope, payment option and any custom requirements before development begins.
Who qualifies for Growth Access?
Growth Access is intended for innovators and emerging small businesses that are still establishing themselves and generally generate less than R35,000 in monthly turnover. It is not intended for already established companies. SA Rebuilders assesses eligibility before confirming the package.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. The domain ultimately belongs to the client. SA Rebuilders can manage the setup, technical configuration and renewal on your behalf.
How do the monthly package prices work?
The monthly option is a fixed 12-month payment plan: Growth Access R549 per month for qualifying businesses, Standard R849 per month and Pro R1,299 per month. After the first 12 months, all packages have the same renewal choices: R5,500 once off for the year, or R6,500 spread across 12 months (approximately R542 per month).
Can I make changes after launch?
Yes. Routine website changes are charged at R300 per hour, with a minimum charge of R150 for up to 30 minutes. Larger redesigns, new pages, new systems or advanced functionality are quoted separately.
How do the business email accounts work?
The number of included business email accounts depends on your package: 2 with Growth Access, 5 with Standard and 10 with Pro. These use your website domain, for example info@yourbusiness.co.za.
Can you build an online store or payment system?
Advanced systems, e-commerce features, payment tools and custom functionality are quoted separately.
What do I need to provide?
You should provide accurate business information, the content and images you want used, your logo or brand material where available, and feedback during the review process.
What happens if my site needs much more storage or traffic?
Large galleries, bulk media, hosted video and unusually high storage, bandwidth or email requirements are assessed separately so the right infrastructure can be quoted.
